Planned Parenthood Halts Abortions in Lubbock as Voter-Backed Ban Takes Effect
After Lubbock, Texas was declared a sanctuary city for the unborn, Planned Parenthood announced that it would no longer be performing abortions in the city. A federal judge also dismissed Planned Parenthood’s lawsuit against the city over its declaration.
