Federal, State Lawmakers Working to Shift June to ‘Family Month’ rather than ‘Pride Month’
Lawmakers at both federal and state levels are taking steps to recognize and celebrate the traditional nuclear family, with several states proclaiming June as “Family Month,” “Fidelity Month,” or “Strong Families Month.”
