Students Can Be Forced to Watch Indigenous 'Cleansing' Ceremonies, Court Rules

According to a Canadian Judge, a school did not violate students’ religious freedom when it required them to observe, and in some cases participate in, an Indigenous elder’s smudging ritual during a school assembly.
