Pence Splits with Trump on Jan. 6: 'Un-American' for VP to 'Choose the American President'
On Thursday, former Vice President Mike Pence further distanced himself from former President Donald Trump over the January 6 attack on the capitol. In a speech at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California, Pence asserted that it would have been “un-American” for the vice president to try and reject electoral votes.
