Pelosi Proposes 25th Amendment Commission to Determine Presidential Fitness
On Friday, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Democratic Rep. Jamie Raskin introduced a bill that would set up a bipartisan, bicameral commission to relieve an incompasitated or unwell president of his or her powers under the 25th Amendment, provided the vice president agrees.
