"Not a Priority:" Sheriff Says He Won’t Enforce Nevada’s Restriction on Churches
The Lyon County Sheriff has said officers will not be using their limited resources to monitor “church attendance and/or parishioner’s adherence to social distancing recommendations.” A lawsuit filed by Calvary Chapel church has said Nevada’s COVID-19 restrictions discriminates against places of worship.
