Mississippi Officials Want 'In God We Trust' to Replace Confederate Emblem on State Flag
Two Mississippi officials are offering an alternative for the state’s current flag which features a confederate flag. Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch and state Lt. Gov. Delbert Hosemann are proposing the flag be changed to match the state’s seal and include ‘In God We Trust.’
