Mass. Gov. Vetoes Late-Term Abortion Expansion: 'I Cannot Support' It

On Christmas Eve, Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker vetoed a controversial bill that would expand abortion access up until the moment of birth and remove the requirement of parental consent for minors ages 16 and 17 seeking an abortion.
