Judge: N.Y. Can't Restrict Churches while Permitting Protests during Pandemic
On Friday, a U.S. federal judge issued an injunction against New York officials, saying it’s likely unconstitutional to restrict gatherings at houses of worship while allowing mass gatherings at protests and not similarly restricting businesses.
