Court Upholds Ky. Pro-Life Law Protecting Women from 'Unsanitary' Abortion Clinics

On Friday, a U.S. federal appeals court in Kentucky ruled that it is not unconstitutional for the state to require that abortion clinics have agreements with local hospitals and ambulance services in the event of a medical emergency.
