Christian Adoption Agency Does Not Have to Place Kids in Same-Sex Homes, Appeals Court Rules
An appeals court, this week, ruled that a New York-based Christian adoption agency can sue the state of New York after it attempted to shut the agency down for only placing children with opposite-sex, married couples.
