Calif. Governor Signs Bill Bringing Sentencing Equality for Adults Who Have Sex with Minors
California Governor Gavin Newsom signed a bill expanding a judge’s discretion in determining if an adult should have to register as a sex offender for having sex with a minor within ten years of their age.
