Arkansas Gov. Signs Bill Banning Abortion, Challenging Roe v. Wade: 'It Is Time'
On Tuesday, Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson signed a bill into law that bans most abortions in the state and that supporters hope will lead to the U.S. Supreme Court overturning its landmark Roe v. Wade decision.
