Christian Photographer Sues N.Y. over Law that Could Jail, Fine Her for Not Working Same-Sex Weddings
On Tuesday, a Christian professional photographer filed a federal lawsuit against the state of New York, seeking to overturn a law that could result in her being arrested for up to a year and fined at least $100,000 if she refuses to photograph a same-sex wedding.
