Judge in Pakistan Validates Marriage of Muslim to 13-Year-Old
Sindh High Court Justice K.K. Agha refused to acknowledge documentation of a teen girl’s age and her Catholic family’s pleas that she was forcibly converted to Islam. The court reportedly ruled that the underage teen’s marriage to a Muslim man accused of kidnapping her was valid and instructed police not to “harass the newlywed couple.”
