Despite having the slowest average drive-thru time, Chick-fil-A ranked No. 1 in customer satisfaction, friendliness, food quality, and order accuracy in InTouch Insight’s annual drive-thru report. The study shows that a warm, accurate, and high-quality customer experience can matter more to diners than speed alone.
