Supreme Court Skeptical of Biden Vaccine Mandate: It's a 'Workaround' of Congress
On Friday, an attorney representing a coalition of businesses and retailers asked the U.S. Supreme Court to block the Biden administration’s vaccine/testing mandate, saying the government does not have the statutory power to issue such a broad rule on America’s employers. The Supreme Court is undecided on how they will rule.
