1) I am not able to hear the audio while playing the videos?

Please check if your device is not in silent mode. Whilst some apps will play audio in silent mode, the “Great gospel” app requires the app to not be in silent mode.

2) Sometimes the app is empty and I am not able to see any content?

This can happen when the server is down. Whislt we make sure the server is up all the time, due to unavoidable reasons the servers may go down. But we will be alerted immediately and we will do everything we can to bring the servers up. So in those circumstances please try opening the app after sometime. Always make sure you fully close the app and re-open it to see fresh content.

3) I am not able to see fresh contents?

When you are inside the app, you can pull down the screen of the app to refresh the app and get fresh contents if there are any. This “pull to refresh” will work from any individual section of the app.

4) I have some other issue with this app.
